I’ve spent over a decade in the world of Operations and Sales, primarily in the fast-paced world of commercial transportation and logistics. From managing teams to leading process optimizations, my experience includes roles like Operations Manager at XPO Logistics. While there I collaborated with branch leaders to improve operational workflows. I’ve also generated over $2M in gross profit as a Freight Sales Account Executive at UPS Freight and spearheaded projects to improve on-time delivery and mitigate liability. My time at ABF Freight as an Operations Supervisor helped hone my leadership skills by managing teams of drivers and ensuring seamless freight delivery.

One of my favorite parts of the job? Helping small businesses cut through the chaos and find smarter, leaner ways to manage their operations. While working at UPS Freight, I found the most joy collaborating with small businesses rather than large corporations. Seeing those “aha!” moments when a business streamlines its processes (and saves money!) was the spark that led me to start Wulff Insights.
